Gurgaon: Residents of Sector 28 are also opposing the setup of a cell tower within their own colony park.
They declared that the consent was given with the human anatomy without thinking about the adverse impact of the health of the individuals residing in the area.
They’re demanding the cellular tower be emptied.
On Fridaythe employees began with the setup of the tower that triggered an altercation involving the citizens and employees.
The inhabitants called the authorities which resulted in a block on the job.
They declared that the Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG) had granted the consent to a private organization to put in a cell tower in the center of the residential region in March this year, despite strong resistance from the occupants.
“The setup of a cell tower at the home area is at a whole breach of criteria,” a resident said.
A senior official in the MCG stated that the consent is granted following due account keeping in mind all of the instructions.
“When the people have any objection we’re prepared to listen to their grievance and solve it.
The place of cellular tower has been shifted two around the resident’s petition,” he further added.
