NEW DELHI: The modernisation of the Indian Army is on course, Army Chief Gen MM Naravane said, disregarding apprehensions that the demand for committing more funds to protect the Line of Actual Control in the surface of the protracted standoff with China in southern Ladakh could contradict the force of capital for purchasing new weapons and weapons.
