New Delhi: Facing the burden of commotion created by opposition in parliament, civilian minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on Thursday down on them and said the MOD government would change this crisis into an opportunity.
Scindia said this while moving the Indian Economic Supervisory Authority Airport (Amendment) Bill, 2021 at Lok Sabha for consideration and passages.
He moved bills in the midst of shouting and sloganeering by opposition members demanding a discussion about Pegasus Spyware, the protest of farmers who were ongoing during the three agri-marketing laws and other problems.
Scindia’s voice lost at DIN.
However, he said that the Modi government is committed to the welfare of farmers and the development of the country.
He said, “During a pandemic, instead of a discussion, the house witnessed sloganeering …
We will change this crisis into an opportunity and provide all possible facilities for farmers and people.” He continued to attack the opposition to pampering himself in sloganeering instead of participating in the discussion when the country faced a covid pandemic.
The bill then passed without a debate in the middle of the DIN.
Since July 19, the house witnessed continuous steamedness over Pegasus Snooping and three controversial agricultural laws, which lead to recurring suspension.
The house has not been able to function properly and some bills including additional requests for the ratified grants without discussion.
