Senior Inspector of the Mancaport Police Office Vaijayanti Mandhawdhare, who has also created a benchmark as the first inspector of bomb detection and disposal squad (BDDS) in Vidarbha, asks Mokashe to head one of two DB teams.
“I feel why not give a woman the opportunity to appear in the squad detection, because she already has experience in the past and I do not believe in gender discrimination in police work,” said Mandhawdhare.
Mokashe responded to the senior faith in his investiture with success.
“I managed to solve the robbery that was not detected, the NAB was a thief from Wardha, and recovered two firearms and several weapons from two thugs after one night chasing,” Mokashe said, adding him to be happy to get a bid to lead DB from his senior from his senior.
Inspector and reach it.
“I don’t feel uncomfortable working at any time and rushed out of the house anytime,” said Mokashe, a native of Amravati, added that he was blessed with family members supporting.
Like Mokash, attending a female officer in key-positioned positions in the city with CP Amitesh Kumar for the first time giving three police stations to senior female inspectors, such as in Mancapur.
Aswati Dorje, an IPS 2000 batch officer, also joined as CP with the first woman in the city in the ongoing senior officer reshuffle.
