Ranchi: Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), one of the Mahagath Bandhan’s government constituents in the Jharkhand, on Tuesday revealed serious concerns over the Minister of Finance Nirmala Sitharaman about the plan to monetize the Central Asset RS 6 Lakh Crore on 2024-25 FY.
“It has become clear that every asset owned by the nation will be sold to the company group.
Do not be surprised if Jharkhand becomes’ Adani’khand overnight,” said Secretary General JMM Supriyo Bhattacharya on Tuesday.
Bhattacharya said: “The central announcement implies that everything owned by the nation will be sold to the company’s house.
Airports, trains, stadiums, public sector units and every asset that the country will be ready to be contested.
This is being done under the supervisor Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who while overcoming the election rally after the Pulwama terror attack (in 2019) has claimed: ‘Dish Nahi Bechne Dunga’ “.
Bhattacharya also claimed that on Monday, the Odisha police intercepted the head of JMM Anjali Sungen and his colleagues as he was on his way to Rajgangpur in the Sundergarh district.
Anjali, chairman of the Jharkhand Minister, Hemant Soren’s sister, headed to Rajgangpur to speak with the tribal family to be displaced because of the upcoming projects of the Jindal group.
“The powerful BJD government behaves exactly like the BJP government in the middle.
But we will not leave the movement,” Bhattacharya added.
“Now, the senior party leaders will join the movement.
Champai Party Vice President Soren will soon visit Rajgangpur and if necessary, the President of the Party of Shibu Soren and the work of President Hemant Soren will also lend their voices to the movement,” said Bhattacharya.
