Mumbai: Bombay High Court on Thursday gave a pre-arrest guarantee to Mandakini Khadse, the wife of the NCP leader Eknath Khadse, in the case of money laundering relating to the case of Tanah Pune 2016 (ED) On Tuesday and Friday from October 17 to November 29.
Mandakini Khadse challenged the special PMLA command (prevention of money laundering law) which on Tuesday issued a warrant that was not up to it.
The trial court has refused his anxiety guarantee as unreached.
Ed had investigated Khadse’s eknath and his relatives because of the alleged purchase of fraud from the government plot in the MIDC Pune area five years ago and was investigating alleged money laundering cases.
Nitin Sampre’s justice from HC about listening to his senior adviser King Thakary and Sandesh Patil Counsel for enforcement of the Directorate, posted a problem to hear until 7 December and then directed that if he was arrested, he had to be released with personal bonds of Rs 50,000.
HC examined the sequence of court sessions on October 12 and said that he noted that he “had not worked with the investigation, when a call was issued.
” Thakary, convincing HC that if directed, he will appear before working with the investigation.

HC directed him not to influence the witness prosecution or disruption with evidence.
Ed has submitted a Chargesheet to Khadse, Mandakini, their son-in-law Girish Chaudhari and Ravindra Muley Registrar Deputy Before Special Court.
Recently, after The trial court issued their call, Khadse and his wife seeking release from the appearance before the court with health reasons.
