Panaji: The rainfall activities on Goa are picked up on Friday and Thundershower tends to be in most places throughout the country until August 31.
According to the Indian Meteorology Department (IMD), a low-pressure area is likely to be formed in the northwest and side by side to the west of the Bengal Middle Teluk on Friday.
IMD observations show that offshore troughs at the average sea level from Karnataka Beach to Kerala Beach continue to survive.
Cyclical circulation is located above the Bay of North West Bengal extends up to 3.1 km and other circulation is located above the East Vidarbha and the environment at 3.1 km above sea level.
“With the effect of all these systems, heavy rainfall exceeds 6.4 cm in 24 hours very possible in one or two places above Goa,” said IMD.
Southwest Monsun over Goa has been weak for most of the season so far with a 2% deficit.
Monsoon shower is excessive in most of the days for the first two months of the season.
However, in August, the rainfall activity was weak to very weak, even the type of rest.
