Monsun provides National Capital

New Delhi: Rainsoon Southwest Monsun reached the Jaisalmer desert district and Ganganagar, his last post, on Monday, but gave Delhi and parts of Haryana.
Rain on the outskirts of Delhi – Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh and Karnal in Haryana – but the clouds floated above the national capital, without providing help from heat.
Rain also includes Western Rajasthan, Punjab and other parts of Haryana.
The northern limit of Southwest Monsoon (NLM) currently passes Jaisalmer, Nagaur, Bharatpur, Aligarh, Karnal and Ganganagar, said the Meteorology Department of India (IMD).
Southwest Monsun includes Ganganagar and Jaisalmer in Rajasthan after that it has covered almost all countries.
“In a relationship with the humid East Wind continued from Bay Bay at a lower level since the last three days, increasing the cloud cover and spread until the rainfall was broad enough for the past 24 hours, Southwest Monsun was more advanced and included most parts of Rajasthan and Punjab and several parts of Haryana and West Uttar Pradesh on July 12, “Met Office said.
Director General of General Mrutyunjay Mohapatra said the southwestern clouds floated above the national capital since Saturday, even the pattern of wind has changed and east has brought moist wind.
“But it’s not raining so far.
This is a very strange situation,” he said.
Mohapatra said the arrival of the rainy season above Delhi would be declared as soon as it rained because other conditions had been fulfilled.
The previous IMD said Monsoon would be about Delhi on June 15, but then revised his estimate.
On July 5, he said his condition was beneficial for Southwest Monsoon to arrive at Delhi on July 10, however, had not yet been raining since July 10.
