PANAJI: Goa Police on Friday arrested Ahmedabad-Resident Jaypuri Gosai in connection with the murder of Chandrakanant Bandekar, who was found dead with several injuries to piercing in the Mopa on the 2.

“After being interrogated, Gosai revealed that he came to Goa in June 2021,” Saxena said.
“When he ran out of money, he decided to return to Ahmedabad, and while on the way back, he asked for a ride from the deceased near Patradevi.
After seeing his golden chain, he was tempted to rob him and to rob him, he stabbed the defendant and fled with items valuable.
“
