More complaints were proposed but the level of disposal has fallen sharply in the last year

Gurgaon: Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (H-Rera), which appeared in 2017, said that he had attended 70% of all complaints submitted with him – 14,801 from 19,136.

The most received complaints by regulators in 2019 – 6,344.
H-Rera also recorded the highest level of disposal this year, completing 83% or 5,279 complaints.

A lawyer who represents home buyers say according to the norm, the regulator must decide on complaints in 60 days, but often takes four to six months, sometimes even longer, to remove complaints.
