LONDON: Further evidence appears Friday to show that the latest outbreaks of the Pandemic Coronavirus in the UK have subsided, with the number of people testing positive Covid-19 falls in most parts of the country.
In a weekly survey of infection rates in the UK, the National Statistics Office said the level of the case seemed to fall in England, Scotland and Wales, although not in Northern Ireland, with the most visible decline among younger age groups.
In the UK, for example, the statistical body found that one in 75 people in private households had Covid-19 on Sunday until July 31, dropped from one at 65 in the previous week.
Meanwhile, scientists who advised the British government estimated that the number of Koronavirus reproduction, transmission gauge, had fallen between 0.8 and 1.1 compared to 1.1 to 1.4 weeks ago.
That means that the average every 10 people with Coronavirus will infect between 8 and 11 others.
The lower end of the scale means the epidemic shrinks.
Falling the level of transmission in the UK, which has seen 130,000 deaths related to viruses, the seventh highest world, has surprised many scientists.
Apart from fear between several daily cases that interest rates will reach 100,000 this summer as a result of a more infectious Delta variant and the removal of locking restrictions, infection has dropped to around 30,000 a day.
It causes falling in the number of people who need hospitalization for covid symptoms.

Scientists say Covid’s background in the UK remains fragile and can light up again in the months to come after the reopening of the school and the weather changes cooler, encouraging more people to stay inside.
