Gurgaon: Some parts of the city watched light rain accompanied by storm on Friday.
According to the Indian Meteorology Department (IMD), the wet mantra is likely to continue with a mild to moderate shower for the next three to four days.
The department has issued a ‘orange’ warning for Saturday with the possibility of rain and moderate goal.
On Friday, Gurgaon received 2.4mm rain.
So far, the city has received rainfall of 382.7mm against the normal 216.6mm season.
After witnessing the 59% rain deficit in June was only 17.2mm, he had recorded 365.5mm rain until 30 July.
As a result, Gurgaon reported 77% over excess cumulative rainfall between June 1 and July 30.
Meanwhile, it has recorded 183.5mm rainfall against the normal season 225.4mm, departure 19%.
Until now, districts that have recorded the excess rain in the state are JHJJAR (158%), FateHabad (145%) and Kaital (135%).
Panchkula, Chandigarh and Ambala have the most rainy deficit of 51%, 34% and 21%.
“While Monsun’s activities began in mid-June, it was still inactive until 10 July for various meteorological reasons.
Now, active monsoons in almost all countries,” said an IMD official.
On Friday, the maximum city temperature reaches 30.7 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is recorded at 24.2 degrees.
Delhi recorded another mantra from intense rain on Friday.
Safdarjung, Delhi Pangkalan Station, recorded 42.8mm rainfall to 17:30, while Lodhi Road received 62mm rainfall.
Safdarjung has so far recorded 500mm rainfall in July, while the normal limit for this month is only 210.6mm.
