Pune: The district on Tuesday recorded the seventh vaccination of one lakh in one day in September with around 1.01 Lakh recipients get Jab until 7pm.
Sanjay Deshmukh, Assistant Director (Medical), Pune Circle, said the consistent supply of vaccines provided a very necessary encouragement to drive vaccination in September.
He said the Pune district gets a healthy number of vaccines compared to other districts because of its consistent appearance.
This district is closer to managing a crore dose.
Until Tuesday, the total dose of vaccine given in the district was 98.99 lakh.
From them, 68.81 lakh was the first dose and 30.17 lakh was the second.
“Our instructions are clear to all units – the earliest exhaust vaccine to get new stocks.
Now Pune Rural is tiring and vaccinating more people, we record more doses.
Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) comes second,” Dishmukh said, adding that the Solapur District And Satara under the circle of pune from state health services also increases the amount of their vaccination.
