Noida: More than 1,000 people have been booked to violate police barricades and protest outside the Office of the Noida Authority on Monday.
When farmers protested three central laws that blocked streets throughout the city to mark Bandh Bharat, a group of farmers and other people moved to the office of authority in the tractor.
Led by Bharatiya Kisan Parishad, these farmers have protested authority and the government to acquire immortal land.
When farmers used many protests outside the Noida office, the big team of police personnel had been deployed there.
But the police were very lost by the protesters, who solved the barricade and moved towards the administrative building shouting the slogan.
They even broke the key at one of the gates.
Munish Chauhan, Police Station Sho of Sector 20, said 28 out of 1,000 people ordered were mentioned in FIR.
They include the leader of Sukhbir Khalifa and Anil Yadav farmers from Congress.
FIR has been submitted on complaints by a Junior Authority Noida engineer under the IPC 188 section (disobedience to order correctly announced by civil servants), 147 (riots), 341 (wrong restraint), 332 (causing injury to public opportunities in termination of tasks ), 353 (criminal power to prevent public servants from disposal of their duties) and the provisions of the epidemic action.
For one month or more, farmers from 81 villages have held agitations outside the Noida office.
They have several run-ins with police in the past few weeks.
Khalifa, who pioneered agitation, said they would march to Noida’s office again on Monday.
“Our demands have not been received by the authorities so far.
Authority has acquired eternal land in many cases.
Most farmers in these villages protest it,” he added.
