Even though Ghaziabad district prison has launched a list 703 undertrials on bond, a max of 78 convicts are out on parole out of Kanpur district prison. DG, prisons, Anand Kumar, stated, now 1.6 lakh offenders continue to be lodged in 71 prisons of this nation.
