More than 11.42 the case of lakh was dumped in the second ‘Lok of National Adalat’: Nalsa

“Justice Lalit asked about the types of cases taken, the rate of disposal and subject matter.
He put the emphasis on the aspect that it was a national Lok very important to reduce large fat in the country’s justice system,” Nalsa said.
The Legal Services Authority (LSAS) throughout the country observes the Covid-19 protocol issued by the Indian government and the state government, he said.
It is said that to ensure the maximum settlement between parties in cases such as motorcycle accident claims, matrimonial, check bounce cases, labor disputes and other civil cases, Judges Lalit stressed “to do Pre-Lok Adalat Sittings or pre-counseling sessions Well before National Lok is so that the parties can get one or more opportunities to hold dialogue with the opposite parties to get the maximum number of settlements.

National Lok Adalat has been postponed in Maharashtra, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Karnataka and West Bengal for August 1, July 18 and 24.
