Hundreds of people from several villages in Noida have protested for more than 40 days against local authorities with various demands, including hiking compensation for their land obtained by the government in the past.
This protest is not part of the ongoing anti-agricultural law stirring the Delhi border center since November last year.
According to police officers, protesters led by the leaders of Khaleefa farmers have locked the main gate of the Noida Authority Office in Sector 6 on Monday and also attacked police personnel deployed at the location.
“The protesters started the parade of Baraat Ghar in Harola to the Noida authority office in the afternoon, increased the slogan and threw a violation of their officials.

The defendant had been ordered under the Indian Criminal Code 307 (attempt to murder), 342 (wrong confinement), 341 (wrong restraints), 332 (causing injury to the public servant in terminating their assignments), 353 (violence or criminal avoiding public servants From the disposal of its duties), 427 (damage), 504 (intentional insults) and 147 (riots), according to officials.
They have also been charged with the IPC 188 section (disobedience to order correctly announced by civil servants), 269 (illegally or illegally spreading any disease infection that is harmful to life), 270 (malignant actions likely to spread disease infections dangerous).
Parts based on epidemic disease laws, the Amendment Act of Criminal Law, and the prevention of damage to public property action has also been summoned in this case, officials said.
