PANAJI: Monday watched 14,873 men walk and choose the vaccine throughout the country at different government vaccination websites at no cost.
The amount down by 3,700-odd in Sunday is nevertheless a fantastic answer for Goa.
A bit over 100 men took their next doses, even though a big chunk of 14,873 men, largely 18-44 year olds, took their own first vaccine jab.
More than 8,000 vaccine boomers took their initial doses in health centers, while roughly 6,700 were inoculated in the authorities Tika Utsav centers at halls offered by panchayats and municipalities.
The state government has administered more than 6.4 lakh doses because January 16 after vaccinations began for health care employees.
Till date, just 98,785 individuals are fully vaccinated.
Candolim main health centre (PHC) on Monday vaccinated 1,428 inheritance, the maximum amount to be vaccinated in one day at some of the designated centers in the nation.
Health officer Dr Roshan Nazareth stated the vaccinations were completed at different off-site vaccination centers – Candolim, Calangute,” Reis Magos, Pilerne and Arpora.
