More than 150% jump in everyday case among mothers on Thursday

Mumbai: The sharp surge of 366 Covid infections was reported to Mumbai police forces on Thursday, the highest so far in 2022.
On Wednesday, 146 police personnel were tested positively, and 126 on Tuesday.
Likewise, the infection rate in the National Police (including Mumbai) climbs every day with 453 cases reported on Thursday against 403 on Wednesday and 370 on Tuesday.
On the brighter side, there were no deaths reported among police in Mumbai and the state since January 9.
Three Mumbai personnel died between January 6 and 8.
The total covid victims among the police in the country were 504, including 126 of Mumbai.
The report shows that the majority of infected police came from Mumbai.
The total active case in the City of the City is 1,253 to Thursday, of a total of 2,890 cases throughout the state force.
A total of 1,096 police officers and 8,566 police were quarantined throughout the state.
