NEW DELHI: India has handled over 27.62 crore coronavirus vaccine dosages thus much using a total of 33,72,742 jabs being awarded on Saturday, the health ministry stated.
The ministry, in an announcement, stated 20,49,101 vaccine doses have been administered since the very first dose and 78,394 since the next dose at the 18-44 age class on Saturday.
Cumulatively, 5,39,11,586 men across 37 States/Union Territories have now received their initial dose plus a full of 12,23,196 have received their second dose because the beginning of Phase-3 of this vaccination drive.
Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal have handled over 10 lakh beneficiaries of their age group 18-44 years to its very first dose of Covid-19 disease, the ministry stated.
A number of 27,62,55,304 Covid vaccine dosages have been administered throughout the nation, as demonstrated by a provisional report published in 7 pm.
According to Day-155 of this vaccination push on Saturday, complete 33,72,742 vaccine doses have been granted.
A total of 29,00,953 inheritance were vaccinated for the initial dose and 4,71,789 inheritance received the second dose of medication.
