New Delhi: More than 40.31 Crore Covid-19 vaccine doses have so far been provided for the state / UTS in this country and more than 1.92 balance of crore and Jabs that are not used are still available with them and private hospitals, the Ministry of Health said on the day Thursday.
In a statement, the ministry said 83.85,790 more doses were in the pipe.
“More than 40.31 crores (40.31.74.380) the dose of vaccines have been given to the state / region (UTS) so far through all sources, and 83,85,790 further doses are in the pipe.
From this, total consumption, including waste, is 38.39.02.614 dosage (according to the data available at 8 am Thursday), “said the ministry.
More than 1.92 crores (1,92,71,766) balance and doses of covid vaccines that are not used are still available with the United States / UTS and private hospitals that will be given, he said.
The new phase of Universalization of the Covid-19 vaccination program starts from June 21.
