New Delhi: The cumulative covid-19 vaccine dose given in this country has exceeded 44.58 crores, the UNI Ministry said on Tuesday.
More than 36.87 lakh (36.87.239) The vaccine dose was given on Tuesday, according to a report while 7PM.
The ministry stated that 17,71,541 vaccine doses were given as the first dose and 2.69,421 vaccine doses as a second dose in the 18-44 year age group on Tuesday.
Cumulatively, 14,43,08,571 people in the age group 18-44 years in all countries and UTS has received their first dose and a total of 68,72,779 has received their second dose since the beginning of the phase-3 of the vaccination drive.
Five countries –jarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh – have provided more than 1 cumulative dose of Covid-19 vaccine in the 18-44 year age group.
Also, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Haryana, Jharkhand, Kerala, Telangana, Himachal Pradesh, Odisha, Punjab, Uttarakhand and West Bengal have vaccinated more than 10 Lakh beneficiaries in the 18-44 year age group for the first dose.
