Ludhiana: To fight the lack of oxygen in the third wave of Covid-19 which is possible, Deputy Ludhiana Commissioner Varinder Kumar Sharma has asked 25 hospitals including 24 private health institutions to install the oxygen swing swing plant (PSA) themselves to meet the needs of residents in fighting pandemics effective.
In a letter to the medical supervisor of these 25 hospitals, Sharma said that this plant would help meet oxygen demand during the third wave and would make this hospital produce oxygen independently.
The district government is ready to provide all types of support for hospitals whenever needs, he said.
We must be ready to face the virus, so this hospital must establish an oxygen factory immediately before the emergence of the third wave, Sharma said.
Deputy Commissioner said that by installing the PSA oxygen plant plant, the burden on district administration and vendors who supply liquid medical oxygen will minimize and smaller hospitals can be provided oxygen according to their needs.
Hospital – Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, Christian Medical College & Hospital, Satururu Hospital Partap, Fortis Hospital, Deep Hospital, Mohan Dai Oswal Hospital, Aastha Kidney Hospital, AIMC Bassi, Arora Neuro Hospital, Aykai Hospital , Civil Hospital, Aykai Hospital, Teg Teacher Hospital, Nanak Teacher Hospital, Jain Hospital in Khanna, Ludhiana Hospital, Expensive Hospital, Pancham Hospital, Prolife Hospital, Raghunath Hospital, Shri Krishna Hospital , Sidhu Doraha Hospital and Verma Multispecialty Hospital – have been directed to start a job as soon as possible.
