More than 50 Percent of PM Cares ventilators at K’taka Uncharted; Insufficient Employees, glitches Crucial Motive

Even as hospitals at Karnataka grapple with acute lack of ventilators and oxygen after a enormous spike in Covid-19 instances, 1,800 ventilators obtained from the Centre are putting fresh.
