Gurgaon: Wing Enforcement of Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) was cleaned around two hectares of land encroachment in sector 5 on Friday.
The land market value is some crores.
The land was acquired by HSVP for a long time, but still had not developed.
Slowly, people penetrate land and start commercial activities.
According to HSVP officials, they built many illegal structures, including huts, which they rented to others rent.
At the Friday Demolition Drive, the team team dragged more than 50 Shanties, five houses, four nurseries, two shops that sell construction materials and one car service center built on the ground.
A team led by SDO (survey) Yashwant Yadav, Junior Engineers Lalit Hans, Anand Prakash and Sandeep Lot, along with 100 police, cleaning the shrimp ground.
According to HSVP officials, people who live in the lodge claim that they pay REN REN 1,500 to RS 2,000 every month, along with electricity costs, to stay there.
“Some people catapulted on the ground and carry out commercial activities,” said Junior Engineer Sandeep Lot, added that the cleaned land would be auctioned to raise funds.
HSVP staggered under the financial crisis and struggled to manage his finances.
