Kanpur: For the second day in a row, more than 500 fresh covid cases were reported by the Kanpur Health Department.
There are no Covid deaths and or fresh omicron cases.
564 people were tested positive for Covid on Thursday, while the number 513 patients were well restored.
With this, the active case count is 3,152.
On Wednesday, the calculation of active cases is 3,101.
The case of fresh covid reported on Wednesday was 573 – the highest in the third wave.
Covid cases newly reported from Paski, Bidhnoo, Birhana Road, Kidwai Nagar, Netaji Nagar, Gandhigram, IIT, Cantt, Keshavuram, Jajmau, Gumti, Medical College, among others.
The Ministry of Health collects 7,500 samples to conduct covid tests.
Since March 2020, 88,105 people have been tested positively Covid, which 83,045 people have recovered.
A total of 1,908 Covid patients had given up so far.
