Patna: State Industry Minister Shahnawaz Hussain on Monday inaugurated the Bihar Pavilion at the India International Trade Fair (IITF) in Pragati Maidan in Delhi and also cut the ribbon which marked the beginning of the Bihar Day celebration at Fair.
In Communique from Delhi, Hussain said the Bihar Pavilion in IITF had attracted a large number of visitors.
During the initial function, BJP MP Manoj Tiwari and MLC Party Sanjay Mayukh was also present.
While the 40th IITF theme is ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’, the product exhibition from Bihar’s countryside is also held at Bihar Pavilion in harmony with ‘Atmanirbhar Gaon’ as an extension of Bihar Atmanirbhar.
“The progress made by the state under the leadership of CM Nitish Kumar has been exhibited at Bihar Pavilion,” Hussain added.
He said 519 industrial units have so far been arranged in Bihar and many more in the pipe.
