New Delhi: Indian testing capacity has increased widely and has carried out 62.82.48,841 Covid-19 test so far, according to the Indian Medical Research Council (ICMR) said on Thursday.
Of the total tests conducted so far 12,32,505 samples were tested in the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile, India on Wednesday reported 10,197 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, notify the Ministry of Health and family welfare.
The country also reported 12,134 recovery in the last 24 hours, taking recovery calculations to 3,38,73,890.
The current recovery rate is at 98.28 percent, which is the highest since March 2020.
India’s active Kaseload stands at 1.28,555, the lowest in 527 days.
The active case contributed less than 1 percent of the total case, currently around 0.37 percent and it is the lowest since March 2020.
