Hyderabad: The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has not affected the number of students who searched for the University of Hyderabad (UOH) who received 62,458 applications for the academic year 2021-22.
The highest number of applications received from Telangana (18,221) was attended by Kerala (7,968), Andhra Pradesh (5,551), West Bengal (5,922), Uttar Pradesh (4,435) and Orissa (3,824) etc.
Of this general category is 37.28) percent, another backward class is 32.71 percent, the economical backward part is 5.23 percent, the scheduled caste is 16.01 percent and the tribe scheduled 8.75%.
Of this 47.73 percent of men, 52.26 percent are women and 11 applications (0.01 percent) are under the transgender category.
Integrated MSC is the most sought after the course followed by MSC chemistry, MSc physics among others.

“In addition to the increasing number of applications, there are five to six times in the application received from foreign students.
The Eminence Tag Institute has created a positive image among the community of students who want to be part of the institution,” said Prof.

The entrance exam will be told so the national situation in Covid-19 improves.
2,272 seats are offered for reception to 114 courses.
These include 17 integrated courses, 45 postgraduate programs, nine MTECH programs and 45 PhDs.
