More than 72 doses of Crore Covid-19 vaccines have been provided for the state and the United States so far through the Government of Free India, said the Ministry of Health and family welfare (MOHFW) on Saturday.
While stating that the Union Government is committed to accelerating the steps and expanding the scope of Covid-19 vaccinations throughout the country, the ministry said, “more than 72.01 crore (72,01,73,325) vaccine doses have been given to the State / UTS so far, the government India (free cost channel) and through direct country procurement categories.
“” More than 5.75 crores (5,75,43,795) balance and doses of covid vaccines that are not used are still available with the state / UTS to be given, “he added.
Previously today, the coverage of Covid-19 Cumulative Indian vaccination exceeded 73 crores, where 65.27,175 vaccine doses were given in the last 24 hours, notify Mohfw.
