Amravati: Swabhimani Paksha’s Warud-Morshi Mla Devendra Bhuyar has been sentenced to a tight prison for three months to abuse Tehsildar and threw Mike to him, thus creating obstacles in government work.
District judge and session (No.1) SS Adkar, on Monday, fined Bhuyar RS15,000 and a simple prison sentence of one month for fine.
The court also ordered MLA to pay RS10,000 to Tehsildar as compensation.
The incident has occurred on February 27, 2013 in the Office of Office Tehsil.
According to the charging sheet, the Tehsildar Harsh Arun Lanke has held a program to mark the celebration of the Jubilee Golden from the Revenue Department in his office around 2pm on February 27 when Bhuyar won with his supporters.
MLA asked Lanke about the closing of the government’s purchase center at the APMC premise.
He also asked Tehsildar why he decided his telephone and in anger lying forbidden and microphone.
Lanke reported this problem to the police who registered a case, conducted an investigation and submitted a cost sheet on April 15, 2013.
Believing in witnesses and holding the argument of government applicants, the court found Bhuyar Guilty.
Sunit D App Ghodeswar begged the government.
Reacting to assessment, Bhuyar said the revenue department official was hatching this controversy to suppress and registered cases against it.
“I respect the court ruling, but it will sign it in a high court.
I will remain nervous to farmers,” he said.
