MOSCOW: Moscow’s mayor said on Tuesday residents could be permitted to visit restaurants and cafes in town when they could prove they were vaccinated from Covid-19, lately analyzed negative or experienced the coronavirus in the past half a year.
The new constraints, which have been declared on mayor Sergei Sobyanin’s site, are expected to come into effect on June 28.
Russia has already reported a spike in Covid-19 instances this month that police have blamed the new Delta version.
