Pune: The State Education Department has planned to reopen the school for classes from STD I to IV in rural areas after the Diwali holiday.
Educational Commissioner Vishal Solanki told TII that the order would be issued soon about the reopening of the school in the third phase in the main section.
Rural schools are currently open to students from STD V and so on in urban areas, the physical class of STD VIII and so on begins.
The Minister of School Education Varsha Gaikwad has also signaled the reopening for the primary school section two weeks ago.
However, orders from the state government are waiting for.
The minister, however, has not yet mentioned reopening schools for primary classes in urban areas like now.
Solanki said, “Schools will not be reopened now; However, the decision to reopen will be taken after Diwali.
Schools and basic education officers throughout the state will be told.” School teachers and principals in rural areas have begun to increase Attendance since two to the last three weeks for higher classes of standard VIII to XII, while in the secondary part for PMS V to VIII, the presence of almost 75%.
Zilla Parishad Teacher from Velhe, Dhananjay Pujari, said, “We were told to submit a survey of the reopening of the main part.
We have talked to the parents of our students and most of them have a positive response that we convey to the department.” Other school teachers from Wagholi Zilla Parishad School, Nana Kate, said, “We have managed to do senior classes for the past three months and have not faced problems.
We believe that the main part will also be reopened and parents will send their environment with confidence.”
