Jamshedpur: A woman Vicenarian killed himself and his two small children jumped to the Kharkai River on Friday.
The incident occurred on the Kadma toll road bridge site under the Kadma police station area.
The woman was identified as her four-year-old Santoshi daughter and one year old son Manish.
They are residents of Ramjanamnagar.
Their bodies have not been tracked when this report is submitted.
Her husband Govardhan Sardar, who is Mason, said that he was an unhealthy mind that might explain why he took extreme steps.
“Three times in the past he escaped from home just to be brought back by several relatives,” he added.
However, a local, anonymity preference said Santoshi was upset with her husband because he did not take care of him and children.
“Govardhan, who is alcoholic and unemployed, does not pay attention to the responsibility of his household.
His wife used to take care of children,” local people, who lived close to Govardhan’s house, said, adding that on Thursday he had a fight with Govardhan.
The police said that the investigation of this problem was ongoing and their main task now to find three bodies.
Kadama Kadma Police In-Charge Manoj Thakur said, “Divers have been pressed for the job.”
