Nagpur: A mom of a 15-year-old rape lien has approached the high court here for conclusion of the 22-23 week old celebrity under the Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP) Act, 1971. It then came into fore she was 21 months’ pregnant. Offences of rape and kidnapping under the IPC and also Pocso Act were filed against the accused.
