Nagpur: A mom of a 15-year-old rape lien has approached the high court here for conclusion of the 22-23 week old celebrity under the Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP) Act, 1971. Justice Pushpa Ganediwala led the Maharashtra Public Health Department’s chief secretary to consult with the minor to some medical committee contained in Government Medical College Hospital (GMCH) at Chandrapur and get comment concerning her suitability to experience abortion. It then came into fore she was 21 months’ pregnant. Offences of rape and kidnapping under the IPC and also Pocso Act were filed against the accused.
