Vadodara / Anand: The US-based Motorola solution will establish the first research and innovation center in Gujarat in Charotar University of Science and Technology Changa (Charusat) based in Anand.
A MoU to arrange Charusat-Motorola Solutions Research and Innovation Center was signed on Tuesday.
A high-level delegation led by Kris (Kishan) Patel, Corporate Vice President (Integrated Communication) Motorola Solutions, Texas USA visited Charusat.
Patel is a Kodiak director who is now part of Motorola.
It should be noted here that NRG Kris is a native of Charotar.
With the aim of giving back to the public, he imagined the center of Charusat modeled at the US-based Illinois University center.
“This collaboration will be beneficial for future generations because it aims to offer practical opportunities for learning including internships to students in the center,” a release issued by Charusat.
Motorola will recruit students while providing Charusat University with their expertise, specialist, Cloud Data Center software and various facilities.
Universities will provide infrastructure, networks, hardware, students and teachers who are skilled.
Motorola has its center in Bangalore and has chosen Charusat for its first research facility in Gujarat.
The company has plans to develop in Vadodara too.
