Moving Women Delhi HC against forced evictions by Son

New Delhi: A 95-year-old woman has approached the Delhi High Court who tried to quickly decide her pending application for forced evictions by her sons, from her late husband’s house.
Justice Rekha Palli on November 16 District Judge Delhi Timur District to decide on non-agenarian complaints within eight weeks after following the legal procedure.
The applicant has submitted a petition through Advocates of KB Hina with a complaint that his complaint was on August 17, 2021, was waiting before the East Delhi Judge regarding his forced uits and allegedly illegal by his sons, from the house left by the arreezer and had not been followed up.
Advocates Shobhana Tawaar, emerging for the Delhi government proposed that it still remembers the age of the advanced petition, the government will soon decide on the delayed application.
“The petition, therefore, was disposed of by directing respondents.
“There is no need to state, this court has not expressed any opinion about the advantages of the applicant’s claim.
It is also clear that, in the case, the applicant was harmed by every order passed by respondents No.1, it would open for him to find legal roads as permitted in law, “Court said.
The applicant told the court that her husband died in April and after several days his son began to torture him and allegedly threw him out of the house.
One of the daughters came to save her mother and filed a complaint in her name before the district judge.
