New Delhi: A 95-year-old woman has approached the Delhi High Court who tried to quickly decide her pending application for forced evictions by her sons, from her late husband’s house.
Justice Rekha Palli on November 16 District Judge Delhi Timur District to decide on non-agenarian complaints within eight weeks after following the legal procedure.

The applicant told the court that her husband died in April and after several days his son began to torture him and allegedly threw him out of the house.
One of the daughters came to save her mother and filed a complaint in her name before the district judge.
