Mozilla has been through coarse patches lately and has begun to cut down projects on a plate.
The company, to date, has peeled several projects including file transfer tools, thunderbolt email platforms, etc.
Now, the company has announced that it will end the support for the Firefox Lockwise password management application.
Application support will expire on December 13 and after the date specified, it will no longer be available to the user to download or install the application.
Mozilla announced the application as part of a small experiment called the lockbox and slowly reformed it into a way to save passwords and use it as an autofill for iOS, android and desktop operating systems.
After a while, the application also changes to the Firefox extension for better autofills integration in the web browser.
The company announces the same thing through posts on the support page where it recommends its users to continue to access the password using the Firefox web browser on the desktop and cellular.
The company then added that in the end Firefox would adopt the locked key as an integrated feature and it would be nettive for all platforms.
With integration, the Firefox web browser will get a Sands Passwordwide feature system.
