Hyderabad: MP congress from Nalgonda N Uttam Kumar Reddy on Tuesday demanded a sanction of the train project from Hyderabad to Vijayawada through Nakrecal, Suryapet and Kodad.
“The new train line must be built along the NH-65 where the land is available because such land acquisition will not be needed.
The bullet train from Hyderabad to Vijayawada through narketpally, nervous, Suryapet and the Kodoad will require a safe and comfortable trip just one and a half hours And will give encouragement to the Economy of the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, and also the national economy, “he said.
He made this request at a meeting of parliamentarians with the South Railroad General Manager held at Rail Nilayam in Hyderabad on Tuesday.
By stating that the bullet train project between Hyderabad and Vijayawada would be more feasible than Mumbai-Ahmedabad One, he tried to remind the train authorities that the 2014 AP Reorganization Action ensured the formation of fast train connectivity between Hyderabad and Vijayawada.
“The current railway route from Hyderabad to Vijayawada via Kazipet is 350 km away and a trip with most of the trains on this route takes six to seven hours to cover distance.
The proposed rail route from Hyderabad-Suryapet-Kodad along the NH 65 will reduce distance It becomes 256km and travel time with a bullet train is only one and a half hours, “Uttam said.
The large traffic density of vehicles on NH 65 is reflected in 1500 buses and thousands of cars, trucks and other cars traveling by roads every day between Hyderabad and Vijayawada, he said.
Uttam also demanded the train coach factory immediately approved in Kazipet as imagined in the AP 2014 Reorganization Law.
The train must also consider the Vande Bharat train coach production unit as part of the Atma Nirbhar Bharat scheme.
This manufacturing facility will create jobs for young people and also spur industrial growth because additional units emerged around the factory manufacturing train trainers, he said.
At present, transport traffic is run on the railroad path of the Jaggaiahpet-Mellacheruvu-Mirlalaguguagu.
“Passenger trains must also begin on this railway line.
The new railway must be approved between Dornakal and Miryalaquda to connect the agricultural area and the Kodad Industry, Huzurnagar and Mellakheruvu,” he said.
The proposal for the new railway line between Dornakal and Miryalaguda was approved for a survey in the 2013-14 train budget.
This line connects important cities of Miryalaguda, Kodad, Neredukla, Huzurnagar, Rajeshpuram and Nelakondapalli.
When the railway in this area will increase the development of the regional economy, it was asked that this railway line was immediately approved, he added.
