Uttam also demanded the train coach factory immediately approved in Kazipet as imagined in the AP 2014 Reorganization Law.
The train must also consider the Vande Bharat train coach production unit as part of the Atma Nirbhar Bharat scheme.

At present, transport traffic is run on the railroad path of the Jaggaiahpet-Mellacheruvu-Mirlalaguguagu.
“Passenger trains must also begin on this railway line.
The new railway must be approved between Dornakal and Miryalaquda to connect the agricultural area and the Kodad Industry, Huzurnagar and Mellakheruvu,” he said.
The proposal for the new railway line between Dornakal and Miryalaguda was approved for a survey in the 2013-14 train budget.
This line connects important cities of Miryalaguda, Kodad, Neredukla, Huzurnagar, Rajeshpuram and Nelakondapalli.
When the railway in this area will increase the development of the regional economy, it was asked that this railway line was immediately approved, he added.
