Letter: city-based Diamond Trader duped of Rs 14.50 lakh from Madhya Pradesh-based agent.
According to a complaint filed with the police Sarthana by Ashok Kakdiya (59), accused the Narendra alias Raja Chauhan has deceived him by not making payment for it by not making payments for diamonds he bought from him.
Kakadiya also alleged that according to the agreement Chauhan should make a payment or return of diamonds after 60 days, but Chauhan failed to meet the two conditions even after three years.
Chauhan Sarthana police booked under Indian Penal Code (IPC)) and launched a further investigation.
Three years ago Kakadiya work with colleagues Karsan Sakadasariya of office in Katargam.
He was in contact with Chauhan, a resident of Panna City in Madhya Pradesh.
Chauhan know that Kakadiya has a diamond to sell and make a deal with him.
On March 25, 2018, Kakadiya give 53 diamonds worth Rs 6 lakh and diamonds worth Rs one lakh 8:50.
According to the agreement, if Chauhan does not sell diamonds within 60 days, he should return it or make payments after two months, Chauhan will avoid Kakadiya.
After Chauhan stop receiving calls Kakadiya lodge a police complaint on Sunday.
