MP: Schools are reopened for 12th grade students

“Many of our schools are not reopened to hold classes (for higher secondary students) for several reasons such as accepting state government orders in this regard.

The official said there were around 4,300 schools for students of the 12th and 4,936 standard schools for grade 10 students run by the state government, citing 2019-20 numbers.
On Tuesday (July 27), the school for grade 11 students will reopen the offline session in MP.

Last week, the MP government issued a standard operating procedure (SOP) to reopen schools for grade 11 and 12 with 50 percent attendance starting from July 26.
According to SOP, the physical class for grade 9 and 10 students will continue once a week from August 5, the class will be held twice a week for grade 11 and 12 students, and virtual sessions will continue simultaneously, an official said.
Grade 11 students will attend school on Tuesday and Friday, while those in class 12 will go to school on Monday and Thursday, he said.
Grade 9 students will attend school on Saturday and for those in class 10, sessions will be held on Wednesday, officially more.
According to guidelines, students’ meetings such as the agency and swimming lessons are not permitted.
Apart from this, the state government has asked for school to do many steps such as running Covid-19 tests in students and teachers.
Meanwhile, the state government on Monday increased inoculation drives for teachers.
