Hyderabad: The CBI claimed to be in the Telangana High Court on the Sable day that a number of Shell companies controlled by Rajya members Sabha Y Sujana Chowdary had deceived banks of 5,000 crore, and those who published a scoury circle against it was for the sake of the nation, report Sagar Kumar Mutha.
Sujana has not been accused of this case.
The court heard the Petition of Sujana challenging round.
He also searched for a nod to visit the US on a business trip.
The judge, giving MPE members a month to complete the US journey, asked him to report to the authorities before and after.
