Ranchi: Ranchi MP Sanjay Setha and Rajya Sabha MP Deepak Prakash on Thursday night marks Ranchi-New Delhi Rajdhani Express on his new route through the long Ranchway Ranchi-Lohardaga-Tori route.
Seth and Prakash marked the train at Ranchi train station in the presence of senior train officials from the Ranchi train division.
Travel through a new route, which will be done every Thursday, will reduce the travel time of up to 90 minutes.
Speaking after the flag, Prakash told the media people that he would talk to the Nion Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav and urged him to ensure the cessation of the train in Lohardaga.
“Lohardaga is the headquarters of the district and has his own identity.
A cessation here will also help passengers from Chhattisgarh,” he said.
