MP’s body in the wedding Interfaith was excavated in Jhansi in suspicion of murder

Jhansi: Team with MP police and up to explore a 23-year-old woman, who had repented to marry a man from another religion from the premernagar cemetery in Jhansi on Friday.
The deceased, Afroz aka Neelam, a resident of the civilian line of Chattarpur, MP allegedly consumed poison to his in-laws’ house on July 6 even though his father had made a consideration that he was killed by his husband and his in-laws.
, The body was excavated in the presence of Jhansi HR, Atul Kumar and City SP Chattarpur, Lokendra Singh.
The MP police team has reached here the day before with a letter to DM Jhansi, looking for permits given.
Sufficient police forces were deployed to avoid mistakes.
Post-Mortem was carried out in Jhansi Medical College and the body was handed over to the MP police along with the report.
The deceased, who was originally a Hindu with faith, had changed his religion after marriage.
The police swung after the father of the deceased filed firs with police Chattarpur alleged that he had been killed by his husband Talib Khan and in-laws.
During the process of digging the body, the father of Kishorilal Ahirwar who died was also present with her husband Talib Khan and several more relatives.
According to Kishorilal, his daughter Neelam was kidnapped by Talib Khan aka Tabbu in 2015 when he was underage.
He then recovered by the police and sent to the house shelter.
In 2017, Neelam fled the shelter and married Talib and entered Islam with his new identity as Afroz Khan.
Alleged that his daughter had been killed by his in-laws, Kishorilal told the police that on July 1 he had received a call from his daughter, by saying that he was forced to adopt the Islamic ritual he refused and could be killed.
The next day he and his son went to see him, but not permitted by in-laws.
He further accused that on July 7, he got a message from several accidents and reached Afroz’s house where he found it locked.
He came to know through the neighbors that his daughter was wrapped somewhere wrapped in white sheets.
In further investigation, he got a clue that his daughter was brought to Jhansi.
As a result, he filed a complaint of the police who accused the murder of his daughter by his in-laws and demanded that the body be handed over to him.
The police source revealed that Afroz was taken to Jhansi by his in-laws where he died.
He was later buried in the premnagar cemetery in Jhansi with the help of the Uncle of Talib’s mother who lived in Jhansi.
The funeral was carried out without telling the police or obtained a post-mortem carried out.
CSP Chattarpur said, “The body was excavated as part of Afroz’s investigation with a complaint submitted by his father Kishorilal.
Until now no arrest has been made and this problem was examined further.” HR Jhire said, “Afroz’s body was excavated under the part 176 CRPC Under my watch as Executive Magistrate is nominated by Jhansi DM.
Further investigation is taking place.
