Intending to strengthen his request to revoke the suspension of 12 Rajya Sabha MPS, the opposition plans to take a joint protest march from Parliament to Vijay Chowk on Tuesday to highlight the problem.
At the morning meeting held in the room leader Opposition Malikarjun Kharge, opposition parties discussed that their requests have not been considered by the government, with several members showing that they need to do more in solidarity with parliamentarians who sit in Dharna in the statue of Gandhi in the complex Parliament, said source.
The idea of a joint parade appeared in the discussion and time would be decided after the meeting on Tuesday morning.
The source said there was also a suggestion that the opposition held Dharna in Jantar Mantar, maybe a day later.
