Mysuru: MySore Cat and City Based Varnish has been sent around 5 bottles of lakh ink which is not erased to the five states of the poll in the country.
Through this, the company obtained Rs 8.9 Crore’s revenue.
According to NV PHANESH, the Chairperson of the PSU, the Election Commission has placed orders for 4 bottles of lakh ink for Uttar Pradesh only.
“We have provided around 50% of the indentation.
In the next two days, we will send the last consignment,” he explained.
“We accept orders for this ink from ECI in November.
A total of 5 bottles of lakh ink are ordered by ECI,” he said.
“For Punjab, we provide 63,000 bottles while for Uttarakhand, we provide 30,000 bottles.
For Manipur, ECI ordered 7,400 bottles and for cave 5,000 bottles.
Restrictions of Uttar Pradesh, the supply has been completed,” he explained.
Meanwhile, the company is all regulated to introduce a marker pen that can be used in reinforcement ink.
This pen is designed by the National Institute of Design.
“In December 2021, we have provided a demonstration.
ECI has made several suggestions and asked us to do other demonstrations in January,” said Phanesh.
