Islamabad: A total of 400 new Covid-19 cases have been reported in Pakistan in the last 24 hours, the authorities said on Tuesday.
According to Pakistani publications, 42,373 Covid-19 tests were carried out in the last 24 hours, where 400 was positive.
Eleven people, meanwhile, lost their lives on the virus and 277 recovered from him during the same period.
With the addition of new cases, the infection of gross covid-19 infection in the country increased to 1,277,560.
The death toll from virus infections in this country stood at 28,000, according to news reports.
Pakistan reports 514 new infections on average every day.
This is nine percent of peaks – the highest daily average reported on June 17, the news report said.
Pakistan has managed to vaccinate 25.9 percent of the population i.e., a total of 111,967,455 covid-19 vaccination doses.
The rate of infection regarding Coronavirus has dropped to 0.94 percent since March 2020, Pakistani publication added.
