Ms Dhoni arrived at Chennai weeks before the IPL auction

Chennai: Former Indian Skipper Ms Dhoni, which was maintained by Chennai Super Kings for Rs 12 Crore, arrived here to join their preparation for the Indian Premier League Mega auction, scheduled for 12 and 13 February.

“Yes, he has arrived at Chennai today.
He will be here for auction discussion.
He tends to be present for auction.
But it is a mahi call and the call will be made close to the auction,” said the source to InsideSport.
CSK has maintained four players, including their captain Dhoni, Ravindra Jadeja, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Moeen Ali.
Jadya was maintained for RS 16 Crore, while Dhoni brought home Rs 12 Crore.
Ali was maintained for Rs 8 Crore while Gaikwad bagged Rs 6 Crore.
